On Mon, Jul 28, 2025, Silvr, founded in 2020 by Nima Karimi and Grégory Tappero, was placed under judicial reorganization by the economic activities tribunal in Nanterre following a declaration of insolvency on Jun 11, 2025. Specializing in business financing, particularly in the retail and SaaS sectors, the fintech company is experiencing the effects of a market downturn.
Silvr generates revenue through a commission ranging from 6% to 9% on financed amounts. The company currently serves approximately one hundred clients.
