Silvr Undergoes Judicial Reorganization

On Mon, Jul 28, 2025, Silvr, founded in 2020 by Nima Karimi and Grégory Tappero, was placed under judicial reorganization by the economic activities tribunal in Nanterre following a declaration of insolvency on Jun 11, 2025. Specializing in business financing, particularly in the retail and SaaS sectors, the fintech company is experiencing the effects of a market downturn.

Silvr generates revenue through a commission ranging from 6% to 9% on financed amounts. The company currently serves approximately one hundred clients.

In 2023, Silvr expanded its European presence by acquiring Uplift1, a German company providing financing up to 500,000 euros, and entering a strategic partnership with Yareto. In 2024, Silvr facilitated over 200 million euros in financing, with 30% of that figure in Germany.

Since its inception, Silvr has raised 21 million euros from investors including XAnge, Otium, Bpifrance, Eurazeo, and ISAI . Notable business angels involved are Alexandre Prot and Steve Anavi (Qonto), Raphaël Vullierme (Luko), Louis Chatriot (Alma), and Pierre Dutaret (Libeo).
